We specialize in custom designed chair mats for specific applications. If you can draw it ... we can make it!! When a standard size or shape won't do, design a custom cut chairmat to fit your particular workspace perfectly!

Available in a variety of styles: SuperMat, RollaMat, UltraMat, Unstudded, Anti-Static and Glass-Clear. Available with straight or beveled edges. RollaMat & UltraMat available in 72" widths. Custom Cut Chairmats are non-refundable !!!

SELECTION ASSISTANCE - Your customer's application will determine the appropriate style of chairmat required. Examine the carpet on which the mat will be used to determine what thickness of chairmat will be suitable for the workspace.

Choose the appropriate style of mat: Classic Vinyl: appropriate for most typical applications, Anti-Static: when static electricity must be eliminated,
Glass-Clear: for appearance conscious application

Choose the appropriate weight chairmat for the flooring: Carpeted flooring requires a studded chairmat, while hard floors (vinyl, concrete, wood, etc.) call for an unstudded chairmat.

The thicker the carpet and/or padding, the thicker the chairmat required. If the mat chosen is too thin for the application, the mat will "dish", limiting movement of the chair and eventually causing premature failure of the mat.

HOW TO MEASURE Layout Size and Shape of your custom chairmat. Measure the workspace to be covered by the chairmat. Be sure to allow about one inch of clearance around obstacles (such as desk legs or pedestals). This accommodates 2" radius to be routed in mat, allows margin for error and enables easier installation of the mat.

This clearance will not affect the usefulness of the mat because chair casters cannot reach that close to obstacles. To assist in measurement, apply masking tape to the carpet around the area to be covered by the chairmat. Then simply measure the tape lengths.
