Delivery Time
Most items ship within 1 to 3 days (Special Order items ship in 3 to 4 weeks). Please contact us by phone at 1-877-269-1248 or email if you have specific delivery requirements or timeframes and we will try to accomodate you. We will keep you updated by email at your request on the status of your shipment.
Shipping Program
The prices quoted include regular ground shipping by either UPS or Fedex ground unless otherwise stated. Shipping charges per acrylic unit are approximately $87.00. Orders outside the 48 states will incur an additional charge to cover shipping. We will email you with the charge and request a return email acknowledging and accepting the fee before we will complete the order.
Merchandise Return Program
All returns must have prior approval. Returns must be shipped in the original carton and received in re-sellable condition to receive credit. Please contact custom-chair-mats.com for a "Return Authorization Number," the return shipping address and instructions. Return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made. Items may NOT be sent freight collect and will be refused and no credit will be issued for the merchandise. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving merchandise for a return.
Cancellations
Orders may not be cancelled once shipped without prior approval. Without prior approval the order will be considered valid and no refund will be issued. Upon returning the product, there will be a 30% re-stocking fee incurred and the credit issued will be adjusted accordingly.
Damaged Merchandise
It is the responsibility of the purchaser to inspect the merchandise at the time of acceptance. If there is major damage we recommend refusing the shipment.
Warranty Information
Please contact us for specific warranty information on a particular item. Each manufacturer offers very good warranties ranging from 5 years up to 15 years. Most warranties cover full replacement for at least 3 years.
